"Abundance?" Okay, Michael D. Purzycki, 'fess up. Which consultant came up with that one, and how much did someone pay him?

I think abundance, if presented as ways to cut through red tape and make government more efficient, would be quite popular.

Abundance has also been tied to efforts to disenfranchise local residents from zoning decisions, particularly re forcing up zoning and green energy permitting when there is local opposition. Those are extremely contentious issues and not particularly popular.

It matters which abundance issue is being discussed.
