Hopefully he addresses rather than glosses over the most glaring problem with the populist left. That is that the kind of Scandinavian style welfare state they want is wholly incompatible with the open immigration policies they demand. It will require limiting immigration to people who will pay more in services than they get in taxes. They have an additional problem of the top 1% not having enough money to pay for all of these programs. The only way to pay for them is to tax both the rich and middle class at rates far higher than we currently do.
