Am I to suppose that decades of bad policy must be undone in 1 year or else? I'm personally very happy with what he so far has accomplished globally and I'm not particularly disappointed in the domestic agenda either. Realignment from international socialism (and as a result domestic socialism) will take time. I had two choices. Harris-Walz and Trump-Vance. It was easy. Can you imagine where we'd be with Harris-Walz? I'm a bipartisan wing Democrat, so I swing vote. Every single time I have to, I will swing vote against the Progressivist-Marxist-Socialist (PMS) wing.

So he’s basically running the Spanberger campaign. Trump bad, affordability good, refuse to take a stand on all the issues that cost the Democrats the election in 24.

Why shouldn’t we expect the same results we’re seeing after the Democrats won in VA? I.e. Doubling down hard on all of the issues voters rejected in 24, while raising taxes on everything in sight.

Define populism. Returning power to the people? Besides being a cliche, we have, and have had for 250 years, a representative form of government. I don't think "populist" advocate changing this political arrangement. What about the claim the America is run by oligarchs? Again, this is a simple cliche. We have a regulated free market economy that has created far wider prosperity than any alternative economic system. Broad based prosperity is the goal. Democrats need to discuss, in detail, how do they propose to accomplish that if placed in power.reate greater. Through greater social welfare programs and direct interventions in the economy? Is there any evidence that either of those approaches create growing, broad based prosperity? I'm open to hearing Democrats make that argument, but they should be honest and transparent about the national policies they advocate so Americans can make an informed choice. Just claiming Trump is a faux populist is A political tactic, not an honest discussion of their proposals.
